We provide university students from seven diverse institutions with internships. In the programme, interns will better understand the psychology of, counselling service and education given to both primary and secondary students with special educational needs (SENs) by counselling, observing, teaching those students, researching and designing teaching materials as well as attending seminars on SEN topics.

 

University students of all disciplines of study can apply. Applicants with relevant experience will even be offered opportunities to counsel individual students and tutor pupils.

 

The internship lasts between three and six months, and interns will work one or two days every week. They will be awarded a certificate and may be employed as full-time counselors upon their completion of the programme.
